A temporary Mixroom Technician position is available in Warwick with a leading paint manufacturer for the automotive industry.
This full-time role involves 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift pattern covering early, late, and night shifts.
The hourly rate is £13.61 plus a daily shift allowance of £22.07.
Key responsibilities include mixing raw materials according to precise instructions and operating touch screen robotic machinery for paint production.
Overtime is occasionally available during peak periods, paid at time and a half on weekdays and Saturdays, with double time on Sundays.

An opportunity for a Mixroom Technician to join our client who are one of the world''s leading paint manufacturers producing paint to the Automotive industry.
This is a full time temporary ongoing role working 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, paying £13.61 per hour with an additional shift allowance of £22.07 per day.
Overtime is sometimes available during peak periods and is paid at time and a half through the week and on a Saturday, overtime on a Sunday is paid at double time.
The rotational shift patterns are listed below: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm andamp; 10pm-6am.
Responsibilities
- Mixing: following mix instructions to mix raw materials whilst operating touch screen robotic machinery to produce paint accurately.
- Operational: Maintain the technical equipment in a safe and proper manner including cleaning of equipment.
- Health and safety: Must ensure that safe working practices as stipulated by the company are adhered to at all times.
- Communication: Working as part of a team, day-to-day communication between various departments working in a friendly yet professional manner applies to all production staff.
- Monitor andamp; develop own skills andamp; competencies in line with business needs.
- Help colleagues in the delivery of our factory''s objectives.
- Communicate issues andamp; concerns to the appropriate individuals.
- Seek an understanding of andamp; follow site procedure.
- Adhere to site quality standards in place on site.
- Heavy lifting up to 25kg at waist height.
Skills and experience
- Mixing raw materials.
- Physically fit - heavy lifting up to 25kg at waist height.
- Operate touch screen in house systems.
