We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual who has previous experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting a team of approximately 7 warehouse operatives
- Allocating workloads and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
- Monitoring goods in, goods out and stock movements
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse
- Supporting and motivating the team to achieve operational objectives
- Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy
- Investigating and resolving operational issues efficiently
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor position is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience working within a busy warehouse environment
- Ability to lead by example and support the team with daily tasks
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
