A Warehouse Operative – Days is required in Marchington to support a busy distribution team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
The role pays £13 per hour and the scheduled shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Replenish stock and scan items with handheld devices
- Band and wrap pallets; prepare goods for dispatch
- Label products and pallets; conduct quality checks
- Maintain general housekeeping and move stock safely within the warehouse
- Assist with goods in and goods out operations
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have own transport
- Immediate starts are available
