Job Summary
Manpower UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Louth on a temporary basis, paying up to £12.71 per hour.
This role involves accurately picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading goods, using scanning equipment to track items, and supporting general warehouse operations.
Working Hours & Location
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Location: Louth. Own or reliable transport required. No public transport links to the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Help load and unload goods as they arrive or leave the site
- Use scanning equipment to process and track items
- Support general warehouse operations
Requirements
- Previous picker/packer experience highly desirable; some experience required for the role
- Confident using scanning machines
- Strong attention to detail when picking and packing orders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
