Rapier Employment is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator for a busy operation in Fawley. This full‑time, temp‑to‑perm role pays £35,000 per annum and runs Monday‑Thursday 07:30‑16:15 and Friday 07:30‑15:00. The position is primarily office‑based but requires time in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the SME team.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, including data analysis and audit reporting.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from management.
- Maintain MSDS records and communicate updates.
- Manage shelf‑life checks in the warehouse.
- Compile and distribute cost reports.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through warehouse and system checks.
- Maintain SAP records and perform warehouse administration.
- Process goods receipting for direct deliveries and bulk chemical products.
- Provide holiday cover for key operational support functions.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and promote safe working practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse support, or coordinator role.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote).
- SAP experience is desirable; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and support a wider team.
- Proactive approach with confidence to take ownership of tasks and support operational improvements.
- Right to work in the UK and required to partake in drug & alcohol testing.
