The Role
Working as part of the project team, you will be responsible for processing candidates who have been recruited for Parcel Sorter positions with Royal Mail, ensuring their details are accurately entered onto the relevant vetting system and that they are fully processed and ready to work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, computer literate and has excellent attention to detail.
Duties of this Vetting & Data Entry Administrator role
- Processing candidate information onto the relevant vetting system
- Entering candidate details accurately and efficiently
- Checking information and documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Completing the required vetting and compliance checks
- Identifying missing or incorrect information
- Liaising with the recruitment team where further information or paperwork is required
- Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate databases
- Ensuring candidates progress through the process efficiently
- Working to project deadlines and targets
- Handling confidential candidate information appropriately
- Supporting the wider project team during the Royal Mail peak period
