About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Level 3 Warranty Technicians and Level 4 Diagnostic Specialists to join a busy vehicle workshop. You'll carry out mechanical repairs, warranty work and advanced diagnostics, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics and warranty work.
- Complete warranty documentation accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- Attend manufacturer training courses as required.
- Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and environmental procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Support the workshop team with additional duties when required.
About You
- To be successful, you will have:
- Level 3: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair with warranty experience.
- Level 4: Advanced diagnostic experience with strong fault-finding skills.
- Good understanding of workshop procedures and manufacturer standards.
- Computer literacy and accurate record keeping.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
