Location: Exeter | Rate: £12.87–£19.30 per hour | Duration: Temporary to Permanent (full time) | Shift pattern: Wednesday to Sunday, 06:00am start | Start date: Immediate availability

Overview

The Van Driver position is part of a new, expanding team, delivering goods to customers’ homes in the Exeter area. The role is full‑time with a Wednesday to Sunday shift pattern, starting at 06:00am and averaging 12–18 drops per shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items safely and efficiently to customers’ homes within the local area; some heavy lifting may be required.
• Perform vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
• Complete multiple drop deliveries and, when necessary, work as a driver‑mate to assist with loading and unloading.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills throughout all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points for speeding.
• Age 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Complete a theory and driving assessment as part of the hiring process.
• Willingness to work as a driver‑mate in addition to driving duties.
