A UPVC Window & Door Fabricator is required for a permanent, full-time position based in Swanmore, Hampshire. The role offers a salary of up to £16.00 per hour, equating to £33,280 per annum, dependent on experience. Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 14:30pm, this position involves 40 hours per week with overtime available. The successful candidate will join a family-run Eurocell manufacturer established in 1989, which is investing in modern machinery and updated working practices.

About The Company

They are a local family run Eurocell window and door manufacturer established in 1989. Now looking to recruit a FULL TIME, Experienced UPVC Fabricator to work from their Swanmore premises. Please note, they are in an area where there is little, or no public transport, so you will need transport to get there.

About The Role

  • Fabricating and producing high quality windows and doors
  • Operating machinery and hand tools and IT literate
  • Ensuring manufactured frames are produced in the most efficient manner
  • Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times
  • Have a flexible approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability
  • Work as part of a team and support other manufacturing areas

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Window and/or Door Fabrication or similar (transferable skill set) based role
  • Own transport to get to the business premises as they are off the beaten track
  • Team player with a drive to achieve team objectives
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that all company and H & S procedures are followed
