An Architectural Technologist is needed in Cornwall to join a multidisciplinary consultancy, paying £35,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience. This permanent position involves working alongside architects, engineers, and surveyors to produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages. Role and Responsibilities
  • Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare accurate technical and construction information
  • Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
  • Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
  • Experience working within a UK architectural practice
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
