Trainee Estimator / Vehicle Damage
Location: Blackpool (FY6)
Type: Permanent full-time office-based position (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)
Salary: up to £26,836.80 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

About the Role
This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive repair experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey
- Providing regular updates on repair progress
- Booking vehicles in for repair
- Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
- Working closely with site colleagues to ensure high standards of service are maintained
- Taking any excess payments
- Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly approach
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to get stuck in
- Enjoy building rapport with customers and colleagues
- Experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive environments is beneficial but not essential
