Trade Counter Assistant
Based in Wythall, this full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent position offers £12.71 per hour. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm. The role involves serving customers, processing orders, and providing product advice across the timber range.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare online and phone orders for dispatch
- Assist with deliveries and occasional stock control
- Complete administrative tasks using an internal system
- Provide product advice across the timber range
- Serve customers and process orders efficiently
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service background
- Knowledge of the timber industry
