SEN Teaching Assistant Tonbridge, Kent Full Time | September Start £95 - £105 per day (PAYE)

Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider school team to provide consistent support throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils during lessons, therapy sessions and enrichment activities.
- Providing individual and small group support to help pupils access learning.
- Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
- Using positive behaviour support strategies to meet individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Helping create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment.
