- Loading and securing vehicles safely.
- Collecting from private addresses and workshops.
- Completing paperwork and vehicle condition reports.
- Delivering professional customer service.
This position requires a full driving licence, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. The working pattern involves regular weekday shifts with occasional travel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Safely collect and transport motorcycles, electric bikes, scooters, and PLEVs from customers, dealerships, garages, and insurance partners across the UK.
- Load and secure vehicles for transportation with care and attention to safety.
- Collect vehicles from private customers, workshops, and storage locations.
- Complete collection paperwork and vehicle condition reports accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle care, cleanliness, and road safety.
