- Role and Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift truck safely to handle incoming and outgoing goods (training can be provided)
- Manage goods in and goods out efficiently
- Ensure stock is issued accurately and on time
- Maintain precise stock records using internal IT systems
- Carry out stock checks and assist with stock take activities
- Correctly code and track all materials
- Help with dispatch and movement of goods for collection
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised stores environment (5S)
- Support wider warehouse operations as needed
About You
- Previous warehouse or stores experience with a strong focus on goods in and goods out
- Ideally experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Good stock management and organisational skills
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential (training available)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially with coded stock and systems
- IT literate with experience using warehouse stock systems
- Team player with good communication skills
