Manpower UK is seeking an experienced Forklift Truck Driver for a temporary role in Tewkesbury, paying up to £13.63 per hour. This position requires a minimum of 37.5 hours weekly, worked five days across seven, with various shifts starting from 04:00. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at 1.25x.
You will operate a Counterbalance FLT safely within a chilled warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, picking orders, and performing stock replenishment. Maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards is essential. The role offers ongoing training and genuine progression. Valid certification is required.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely within warehouse and loading areas
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Carry out stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health and safety
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
- Previous FLT experience within warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environments
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
