This Temporary Part Time Product Logistics Coordinator role is based in the City of London, primarily in Farringdon, with monthly visits to Hampton Wick.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock deliveries and collections across multiple locations.
- Act as a key point of contact for stores, warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within internal systems.
- Support stock allocation and distribution processes to ensure products are available where needed.
- Produce and maintain reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Assist with stock processing and provide hands-on support during key operational periods.
- Investigate and resolve stock or logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow throughout the network.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing logistics processes.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
About You / Qualifications
- You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, stock control or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and producing reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
