Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and complete minor reactive repairs promptly.
- Take responsibility for the building's statutory compliance.
- Manage commercial waste management operations, including external bin areas.
- Serve as the resident expert on-site for day-to-day fixes and unexpected technical issues.
- Ensure the property remains safe, operational, and inviting for all residents.
About You
Technical Mindset: Solid background in general building maintenance with a hands-on approach to fixing, maintaining, and improving facilities.
Problem Solver: Resourceful with a strong ability to troubleshoot everyday issues independently.
