Pay ranges from £155 to £160 daily, plus holiday entitlement, starting as soon as possible. Supporting an Early Talent Recruitment team, the post-holder manages candidate journeys across graduate, internship and apprenticeship schemes. Duties cover scheduling interviews and assessments end to end, greeting applicants, preparing materials and ensuring interviewers hold everything required. Strong organisation, clear communication and a people-first approach matter greatly. Prior exposure to recruitment or assessment coordination proves useful, alongside confidence using applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets. The assignment suits someone who values precision and delivers a warm, well-run experience for every candidate.

Are you an organised, people-focused recruitment professional who loves creating a great candidate experience£ We''re looking for an Assessment Experience Co-ordinator to join a busy Early Talent Recruitment team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an important role in supporting Graduate, Internship and Apprentice recruitment , helping candidates feel informed, welcomed and supported throughout their assessment journey. You''ll be responsible for coordinating interviews and assessments from start to finish, making sure every detail is taken care of and that candidates and interviewers have everything they need for a smooth and positive experience.

What will you be doing

  • Coordinating first and final-stage interviews , managing schedules, logistics and timings.
  • Sending interview invitations, confirmations and joining instructions to candidates and interviewers.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, responding to questions and providing a friendly, professional service.
  • Preparing candidate guides, interview packs and briefing materials for assessors.
  • Coordinating interview panels, assessors and guest speakers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing interview changes and rescheduling, proactively finding solutions when availability changes.
  • Collating interview feedback and outcomes and ensuring these are shared with the relevant recruitment teams.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to candidate and interviewer queries.
  • Supporting with job offers and issuing contracts .
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting an online digital chat platform, connecting candidates with the business around topics such as diversity, networking and technology.
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment processes and external requirements, including GDPR, visas and reasonable adjustments.
  • Supporting and attending recruitment and networking events.
  • Building positive relationships with candidates, hiring teams and wider stakeholders.

What are we looking for

We''re looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and naturally enjoys helping people . You''ll ideally have experience within recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, candidate experience or a similar people-focused environment . You''ll also bring:
