The Team Leader- Branded Food Outlet- Temp position in Bristol
In this position you will supervise daily operations within a quick-service restaurant. This ongoing temporary assignment lasts at least three months, with holiday pay provided. You will guide staff through peak periods, uphold service and food quality benchmarks, and contribute to efficient workflows. Your duties include leading by example, assisting with team schedules, and maintaining operational standards. Prior supervisory experience within food service is essential, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This contract suits a capable individual ready to assume responsibility promptly and support a cohesive unit within a recognised brand.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area. This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team. The role As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy fast food / quick-service food operation. You will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help ensure excellent standards of customer service, food quality and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
- Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety
- Working efficiently in a busy, high-volume fast food environment
- Helping to ensure service runs smoothly during peak periods
Essential requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential
- You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
Assignment details
- Ongoing temporary assignment – minimum 3 months
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm
- Hours and shift patterns will vary
