A company that designs and develops medical devices is seeking to recruit a Systems Engineer to work on a contract based in Warwickshire that is initially scheduled for 6 months with some hybrid working available.
The Role
This position will involve hands-on system level engineering from requirements delivering mechanical, electronic or software systems for complex devices. This will include:
- Create systems engineering deliverables following V model lifecycle development and in line with IEC 60601.
- Delivery, review, and analysis of systems documentation including feature definition, use cases, stakeholder requirements, system requirements, sub-systems requirements, and modal requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of Design Definition documents at the system and sub-system level of decomposition.
- Eliciting and managing system level requirements, performing requirements analysis, capture and decomposition, through the facilitation of workshops and stakeholder needs sessions.
- Ensure all aspects of the development lifecycle, including elements of requirements definition, design implementation, integration, verification, and validation are followed and remain compliant with the approved development process, risk management process and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain traceability reports.
Experience
