I'm recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a major project across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning engineer with a strong background in delivering BMS projects from pre-commissioning through to final handover.
The Role:
- Commission, test, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure they operate efficiently and meet project specifications.
- Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and support final client demonstrations and handovers.
- Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues, making software and control strategy adjustments where required.
- Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system validation across HVAC plant and associated controls.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience commissioning Building Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and BMS principles.
- Experience working with one or more major BMS platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering commissioning projects on commercial or industrial sites.
- ECS/CSCS Card (or equivalent).
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- SIS Modbus Certification.
