Training Consultant - DSAT x 5 12 month contracts 60-70 per hour (Inside IR35) Mostly remote, some on site visits required. Our UK defence client is seeking up to 5 x DSAT Training Specialists to join their Training and Development team. As a DSAT Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that training solutions are designed, developed, delivered and assured in accordance with JSP 822 - Defence Direction and Guidance for Training and Education, supporting the delivery of safe, effective and operationally relevant training across the Submarines enterprise. You will work closely with subject matter experts, operational stakeholders, training designers, instructors and assurance teams to identify training requirements and translate them into robust, evidence-based training solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) who wants to contribute to the development of the people and capabilities supporting the UK s submarine enterprise.
