Role Overview

You’ll carry out a blend of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and ready for residents.

Duties include

  • General maintenance repairs — routine fault finding and minor repairs
  • PPM duties — fire alarm tests, lift inspections, plant room checks, emergency lighting inspections, critical equipment checks and external property inspections
  • Health & Safety compliance — ensuring safe working practices and accurate record‑keeping
