£500 per Day Outside IR35 Stockton-on-Tees
Essential Skillset:
- 5+ years' experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the power, renewables, industrial or utilities sector
- Experience supervising HV/LV electrical installation works on substations, BESS, solar, data centre or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear and transformer installation
- Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Support commissioning and energisation activities, ensuring all electrical systems are ready for handover
- Ensure all work complies with HSE requirements, site procedures and relevant electrical standards
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve site issues
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documentation
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, clients and other site stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
