Static Air Conditioning Engineer – Victoria
This permanent, full-time role offers a salary between £40,000 and £48,000, with all travel expenses covered. The position involves working within a two‑person team on a single site, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding and repair of VRF and split systems.
- Perform refrigeration recovery, pressure testing and brazed repairs on VRF and split systems.
- Carry out compressor changes on VRF and split systems.
- Work confidently and independently on a variety of manufacturer equipment, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic.
- Provide detailed remedial repair reports with replacement component information.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records using PDA and company systems.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on‑site.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair.
- Valid F‑Gas qualification – essential.
- Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 – £48,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level), 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with no on‑call. Regular overtime opportunities on site and to support the wider team in London if desired.
Specialist tools, PPE, uniform, smartphone and PDA; 21 days holiday, bank holidays; company pension scheme.
