Manpower UK is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver for a temporary contract in St. Helens, earning up to £17 per hour. The role operates Monday to Friday, 10:00‑20:00, with a job‑and‑finish model where shifts vary by daily workload. You will be the face of the business, delivering fresh cooking oil to the catering sector and collecting used oil for return to the Micro site. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring each order is fulfilled in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner are key expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a Class C HGV on planned routes
- Collect used cooking oil from restaurants and businesses
- Deliver fresh supplies where required
- Complete approximately 15‑25 stops per day
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Handle barrels (physical role)
Requirements
- C Driving Licence
- CPC
- Digital Tacho card
- Proven experience driving Class C vehicles in the UK, with a solid understanding of road laws and regulations (minimum 6 months).

Desirable Experience
