Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards across all food outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service and events.
- Working closely with the Group Executive Chef to develop menus, improve standards and drive the continued success of the food operation.
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food quality, service delivery, health and safety, and kitchen compliance.
- Managing, training and developing the kitchen team to create a positive and high-performing working environment.
- Ensuring effective cost control through menu engineering, stock management, purchasing and minimising waste.
- Maintaining and enhancing the property's reputation by delivering exceptional food experiences for guests, weddings and events.
