  • Warehouse Supervisor – Southampton
  • Oversee raw material planning, manufacturing operations, and finished product distribution.
  • Operate advanced factory systems.
  • Lead a team and coordinate production and stock levels.
  • Manage daily delivery schedules for inbound materials and outbound fleet.
  • Maintain direct customer contact to ensure excellent service.
  • Ensure quality assurance testing is carried out in line with certified quality procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage logistics efficiently.
  • Supervisory experience in warehouse or production.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Good computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday alternating weekly, Morning 06.00‑14.30 / Afternoons 13.30‑22.00.

  • Operate state‑of‑the‑art factory systems.
  • Lead production, delivery, and service teams.

  • Direct contact with customers to deliver a market‑leading service for product delivery and equipment servicing.
  • Ensure quality assurance testing complies with certified procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage logistics efficiently.
  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting.
  • Good work ethic, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
