About the Role
We’re looking for several Quality Controllers/Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operation in Skelmersdale. You’ll play a key part in ensuring products meet the highest standards before they reach customers. This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑orientated, organised, and confident working with both physical stock and simple recording systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality checking stock – inspecting items for quantity, defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Sorting and organising goods to maintain a smooth workflow
- Recording findings accurately using internal systems
- Labelling, re‑packing and preparing items for dispatch when required
- Reporting quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with warehouse standards
- Supporting general warehouse tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is essential
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in quality control or warehouse or manufacturing operations is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
