12 months 34.53 per hour (Inside IR35) Nightshift - 2130 to 0700 Glasgow (Govan) Shipbuilding Role Description The role will support the development and/or deployment of the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policy, systems and objectives for the Naval Ships business The role will be responsible for providing competent SHE advice, systems and assurance to line leaders/manager, enabling them to successfully manage SHE and to achieve company strategic goals.
The role is part of a cross discipline team of SHE professionals working across the Naval Ships sites to deliver specified packages of work/ improvement projects.
The role is to support line leaders/managers to meet their SHE objectives, targets and regulatory requirements through the provision of technical/expert SHE support and advice The role will support the building of a strong and proactive SHE culture throughout the organisation.
