What You'll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
You'll coordinate daily activities across multiple teams, monitor order progress, resolve issues proactively, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include managing order processing, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners, tracking deliveries, and ensuring inventory and order information remains accurate.
You'll also support key customer accounts, raise quotations, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing processes where required.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role.
You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, sales, finance, and logistics to resolve challenges quickly, improve service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
You'll also support customer meetings, contribute to project delivery, and help ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations.
