The Company

A well-established company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within their Social Housing projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you'll be likely to work 2-3 days in the office.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be assisting the Commercial Manager providing contract and financial management for projects whilst holding relationships with key stakeholders and external clients. You'll also be assisting the Commercial Manager with overseeing and managing a small team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience working in the Construction or Social Housing as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience with NEC Contracts or similar.
  • Previous experience managing subcontractors.
  • Qualification within Quantity Surveyor is essential.
