A Senior QS is required to join a Tier 1 contractor's commercial team on a major infrastructure project in Devon.

This full-time, long-term contract offers a day rate of £350-£425, dependent on experience.

The role involves full commercial control, including NEC contract administration, CVRs, forecasting, and procurement.

You will manage subcontracts, compensation events, and change control, ensuring precise commercial reporting and final accounts.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure

  • Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
