We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Financial Administrator to join a busy and supportive team within the London Borough of Harrow.

This is primarily a home-based role, with office attendance required when necessary.

Candidates may also be required to visit schools across the borough to provide support as needed.

Please note that during the initial training period, the successful candidate must be available to work full-time on site.

The Role

As a School Financial Administrator, you will provide financial and administrative support to schools and education services, ensuring the accurate processing of financial information while delivering a high standard of customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing financial transactions, invoices, payments and related finance administration activities.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, databases and documentation.
