What you'll be doing
- Supporting Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process
- Coordinating customer projects from order to completion
- Acting as a key link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
- Managing customer enquiries and project updates
- Preparing quotations, project documentation, and reports
- Maintaining CRM records and tracking project progress
- Identifying and resolving potential project issues
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in project coordination, sales support, administration, or customer service
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
