As Sales & Marketing Executive – Student Accommodation in Wembley, you will join a leading provider on a full-time, ongoing temporary contract paying £20 per hour.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, your primary duties include following up student enquiries, providing pricing and availability details, and issuing tailored quotations.

You will also host property show rounds, representing the brand in person and online to prospective residents.

Pay: £20 per hour. Hours: 9:00–17:30, Monday–Friday. Contract: ongoing temporary.

  • Student enquiry follow‑ups – responding promptly to prospective students, providing pricing, availability, and tailored quotations.
  • Property show rounds – hosting engaging tours of the accommodation, highlighting facilities, benefits, and community features.
  • University networking – connecting with local universities, building partnerships, and attending in‑person events to promote the property.
  • Sales support – ensuring enquiries are logged, tracked, and converted efficiently.
