Rail Administrator

Temporary role (possibility of permanent placement) in Rugby, fully office based, requiring a 5 day working week.

Hourly pay: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage safety work packs for Network Rail, ensuring timely submission.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform data input across key systems.
  • Handle additional reasonable administrative duties as required.
  • Communicate with a diverse range of individuals at all levels using face to face, telephone and email methods.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a detail oriented administrative role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Word and Excel).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
