The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disagreements, professional negligence, corporate conflicts, property and landlord-tenant matters, plus injunctions. Working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors, the solicitor will handle high-quality contentious work, conduct legal research, draft documents, and support clients through negotiation or court proceedings. Strong analytical ability, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential. About You
We are looking for an NQ Solicitor who has completed a training contract with good exposure to Commercial Litigation and is now looking to establish themselves within a leading national practice.
You will ideally have:
- Newly qualified status or be due to qualify shortly
- Good experience in Commercial Litigation gained during your training contract
- Strong academic and technical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- The confidence to take responsibility and develop your own skills
- A genuine interest in contentious work
- Ambition to progress within a successful national law firm
