Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Fire & Security Sales Engineer to join their team.
This role will focus on managing renewals, developing relationships with an existing pool of active clients outside of key accounts, and identifying opportunities to cross sell additional fire and security services.

Hybrid Duties
- Managing renewals and developing relationships with an active pool of existing clients
- Proactively contacting existing clients to build relationships, understand their requirements and identify future opportunities.
- Handling service contract renewals, quotations, follow-ups and commercial discussions with clients.
- Cross-selling additional fire and security services, including maintenance, remedial works, upgrades, small works and project opportunities.
- Working with internal service, engineering, operations and compliance teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Reviewing client portfolios to identify sites or systems where further support, upgrades or additional services may be required.
- Preparing quotes, proposals and commercial updates for clients, ensuring information is accurate and professionally presented.
- Maintaining accurate records of activity, pipeline, renewals and sales opportunities through the company CRM or internal systems.
Requirements
- Experience working within the Fire & Security industry or a closely related technical services environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify renewals, upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Confident building relationships with existing clients and developing long-term business opportunities.
- Ability to prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
- Good communication skills when liaising with customers, engineers, operations teams and the supply chain.
