Senior Residential Property Solicitor (Legal Director) – Kent office of a UK Top 50 practice.
Salary £90,000–£120,000, depending on experience.
Requires 10+ years’ PQE specialising in residential property law.
Responsibilities
- Advise a broad client base on acquisition, disposal, financing of high-value freehold and leasehold properties, as well as complex conveyancing transactions.
- Manage an exclusive caseload of high-value residential property files and oversee quality and timelines.
- Develop relationships with estate agents, property finders and key referrers, supporting the strategic growth of the practice.
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development and client service delivery.
- Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives and participate in networking and business‑development activities.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE specialising in residential property law.
- Extensive experience handling complex, high-value residential conveyancing matters with excellent technical expertise.
- Strong commercial awareness, client‑relationship development and business‑generation track record.
- Proven leadership – supervising junior colleagues, managing teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Solid financial management skills, strategic thinking and experience driving practice growth.
