The Role:
- Manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload, working with a high degree of autonomy from initial instruction through to post‑completion.

You will provide clear, practical advice throughout the transaction, ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service from instruction through to completion. The role will also involve developing strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues, as well as contributing to the continued growth of the Residential Property Department. As an experienced member of the team, there will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping to develop the wider team.
About You:
The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with approximately 1–5 years' residential conveyancing experience.
You will have:
- Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client‑care and communication skills
- The ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and practically
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and positive approach
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and referrers
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team
- Experience with SOS Connect and the Land Registry Portal would be advantageous, as would experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Knowledge of more specialist residential property matters, including leasehold transactions, registered and unregistered titles and post‑completion work, would also be beneficial.
