The Residential Conveyancer in Hertfordshire will manage a varied caseload of property matters from instruction to completion, acting for a broad client base.
This full‑time role offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high standard of client care and delivering practical, commercially focused advice throughout the conveyancing process.
- Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to client service.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor with relevant expertise is encouraged.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, client‑focused attitude.
- Comfortable managing caseload independently.
