Hours: 40 hours per week Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation for a driven and customer-focused Call Centre Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Contact prospective customers following marketing campaigns, website enquiries and existing lead sources.
  • Qualify customer requirements and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Send relevant information and literature to customers when required.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Manage follow-up activity to maximise appointment conversion rates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service or appointment-setting role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Confident handling customer objections and overcoming barriers to appointment booking.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer-based applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Working Hours
  • Primarily 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Two later shifts per week of 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • One Saturday in every eight on a rota basis
  • A weekday will be given in lieu when a Saturday is worked
