What You''ll Be Doing:
- Building strong, professional relationships with consultants, candidates, and clients.
- Generating recruitment opportunities from candidates to support business development.
- Creating and maintaining accurate records in our bespoke CRM system.
- Managing inbound calls from clients and candidates.
- Handling candidate onboarding and compliance processes.
- Writing engaging job adverts and crafting standout candidate profiles.
- Learning to manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer stage and post-placement follow-up.
What We''re Looking For:
- A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Confident using social media channels and job boards for sourcing talent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) , Zoom , and Canva .
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed and grow.
- Previous experience in resourcing or recruitment administration is ideal but not essential.
- Comfortable supporting a high-energy, sales-driven team.
