This full-time Recruitment Consultant position with Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is based in Neasden. The role supports a major national logistics contract and requires a highly organised, commercially focused, and customer‑driven individual.

Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, with an OTE up to £34,000. Working hours are 40 per week from 08:30 to 17:30, with additional out‑of‑hours support for Nightline operations and occasional weekend cover during peak periods.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in the National Distribution team, you will coordinate drivers, support clients, maintain compliance, and ensure operational delivery across a national distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate driver plans against client forecasts
  • Monitor availability and manage supply risks
  • Support fulfilment and service delivery targets
  • Work with recruitment teams to fill resourcing gaps
  • Act as the main contact for drivers
  • Manage pay, availability, and compliance queries
  • Build strong client and candidate relationships
  • Support driver welfare, retention, and performance
  • Maintain compliance, licence checks, and governance requirements
  • Assist with incidents and post‑accident processes
  • Update internal systems and compliance records
  • Support payroll processing and hours reconciliation
  • Resolve payroll queries with clients
  • Produce reports and management information
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements
