A Receptionist is required for a temporary role in the City of London, offering £15.00 - £18.00 per hour plus holiday pay. This position involves delivering professional front of house service, including welcoming visitors, managing telephone calls, handling meeting room bookings, overseeing visitor sign in procedures, processing post and deliveries, and providing general administrative assistance to the wider team. The role also requires maintaining a tidy reception area and assisting with ad hoc office tasks.

Location: London

Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour + holiday pay

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Managing meeting room bookings and visitor sign in procedures
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
