This national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor in Birmingham to advise on high‑profile, complex real‑estate finance transactions for a diverse client base. The role will involve managing a broad caseload and working closely with the Head of Department during a period of team expansion.
As the Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor you will advise banks, funds, corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of financing transactions, both international and national. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on transactions from both the lender and borrower sides
- Managing sophisticated client relationships
- Providing high‑quality, timely legal advice on complex financing matters
Compensation: £80,000‑£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Candidate Required:
