We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Power BI and SQL Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising our organisation's data visualisations and reports using Power BI and SQL.
This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights to support informed business decisions.

- Optimise SQL queries and database indexes to enhance overall system performance.

- Significant work experience in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience with Power BI RLS.
- Experience in HR data is essential.
- Strong proficiency in SQL database design principles.
- Experience in data visualisation, data analysis, and data modelling.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
