- Proven experience as a Chef (CDP, Sous Chef, or similar) – ESSENTIAL
- Experience within schools, care homes, hospitals, or contract catering is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of nutritional standards and special dietary needs
- Level 2 Food Safety (minimum) or willingness to obtain it
- Enhanced DBS – ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work efficiently in structured, compliance-driven kitchens
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
